Meet Phil Murphy

If you’re new to our club and to Rotary you may not know that Phil Murphy is the current Rotary District Governor.
Serving for 2014-2015, over the past year District Governor Phil and wife Sara have visited all 54 clubs in District 5440 which covers Northern Colorado, Western Nebraska, Eastern Idaho and all of Wyoming meeting members, learning about club projects and being amazed at every stop along the way.
Phil has been a Rotarian in the Fort Collins Rotary Breakfast Club for 25 years and served as Past President in 2006-2007. He has served on almost every committee as well as club treasurer for 14 years. He and wife Sara have two children and three grandchildren.
With his term as District Governor ending June 30th, our club offers warm thanks and great appreciation for the incredible job he has done. Congratulations Phil!
