1. Look inside ourselves and evaluate our own biases and whether they affect/contribute to exclusion, either individually and/or systemically,
2. Examine and expand the awareness and understanding of various forms of exclusion that exists in our community,
3. Ultimately, seek to expand diversity in membership of our own club, expanding our circle of connections, and
4. Encourage ourselves to expand perspectives in our club’s activities and initiatives within the community.

However, the last month of the quarter the meeting is held in person at The Breakfast Club.
