IDEA Committee 

The club’s IDEA—Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness—Committee provides members 

with the tools, information and resources to encourage diversity, equity and inclusion within 

our club, our members, the individuals we touch and the community we serve.  We are also 

reaching out to invite underrepresented community members to become Rotarians.

Rotary is for eveyone.  The impression that Rotary is only for for old bald fat men is a memory of a relic of the past.  Our club is comprised of 35% women and 13% of our members are younger than 45 (two of which are in their 20's).
